If you remain on this site, return to this site, or use FreeChatLine.com in any way, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and any subsequent revisions. • impersonates any person or entity, other than lawful, non-deceptive parodies of public figures;
• contains personally identifying information about another person, without that person’s consent;
• advertises any products or services that are illegal or restricted by sale by applicable law, including prohibited or restricted under California law;
• contains any computer virus, spyware, adware or any harmful computer code designed to delay, interrupt or affect the performance of any computer system;
• contains any link to commercial services;
• contains non-local, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate Content

4. Provide a statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that the above information in your notice of infringement is accurate, and that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
5. Include your address, telephone number, and email address.
6. Include your physical or electronic signature on the notice of infringement.

Automated Communications Corporation may remove the infringing material or otherwise invoke the procedures set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

By posting, transmitting, or otherwise submitting Content to FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services, you represent that you have the right to grant, and do automatically grant, Automated Communications Corporation a world-wide, royal free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, perform, publicly display and distribute such Content, and create derivative works of such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of such Content. By posting Content to any public area of FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services, you automatically grant Automated Communications Corporation all rights necessary to prohibit any other person from any subsequent aggregation, use, copying, modification, adaptation, performance, public display or distribution of such Content on FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any source code available on this site or comprising all or a part of this site.

AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE, SITE, OR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED IN RESPONSE TO ANY ADVERTISEMENT ON THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES, SPYWARE, ADWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTIES THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH FREECHATLINE.COM AND/OR ASSOCIATED PHONE SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH FREECHATLINE.COM OR ANY LINKS ON THE SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, SOME OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automated Communications Corporation, its subsidiaries, successors, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers and suppliers (“the Indemnified Parties”) from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, expenses and court costs, made by any party due to or arising out of your use of the FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services, any content you submit, post or make available to the service, your violation of any of these Terms of Service, including your breach of any representation or warranty contained herein, your violation of the legal rights of any other party. You accept all responsibility for, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any claim or demand based on the actions of any person using your computer, user ID or password.

Neither Party shall be liable to the other by reason of failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of Acts of God, fires, storms, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, interruption in internet service or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of such Party.

Automated Communications Corporation shall be entitled to an award of its reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with California law. Any action you or a third party may bring to enforce these Terms of Use, or in connection with any matters related to FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services shall be brought and maintained only in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Anaheim, Orange County, California, and you expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Automated Communications Corporation with regard to any use of FreeChatLine.com and/or associated phone services, superseding any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, between you and Automated Communications Corporation. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software, or visit another site linked to by this site.

If any term of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be for any reason unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, and the parties agree that the court should give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in such remaining provisions.

The failure of Automated Communications Corporation to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor constitute a waiver of any other right or provision in these Terms of Service, unless such waiver is expressly acknowledged and agreed by Automated Communications Corporation in writing.
